So, after the competition, a brief recap:

Monday: Dad picked me up from The Dynasty Hotel, KL where the officials from IIU put us for the night. I spent the whole day sleeping, recuperating from my sleep deficit *LOL*

Tuesday: Still spending time sleeping at home.
Went pasar malam with Min and Fei later and ate a whole lot ;)

Wednesday: It was rather boring in the day until I decided to catch a movie that night.
I went out for Jay Chou's "Secret" and... believe it! "Secret" is good. The storyline is so unpredictable and romantic. I mean, knowing Jay Chou (who sings!), he wrote, produced and even acted in the movie itself, I must say that I did not walk in the cinema with any expectations. The show definitely deserves a credit!

Thursday: A day out shopping with Min, Fei and mum. WHOLE DAY!!

Friday: It was a day with some expected activities which I would normally do before I head back to Kuching. I had a manicure then a hair cut later of the day.
Dinner out with a friend. We went all the way to Mid-Valley Megamall. (Did I say all the way?) It could be due to the fact that I have not stepped into that Mall for a long time. The traffic around that area annoys me much which explains why I dislike going there.

Saturday: We made a trip back to Ipoh to visit granny. A day trip.
Later at night, I went out to watch the international fireworks competition with a friend, Dave. He was there to watch the Malaysian Team last weekend. If it was not for him, I do not think I would get a chance to watch it *LOL* (too lazy to drive and I cannot stand the anticipated traffic jam!) You may visit his blog at http://narrowband.org for some of the pictures he had captured! =) (Thank me for advertising it, Dave!)

Sunday: A morning flight back to Kuching for the rest of the semester *sighs*

p/s: Chelsea is topping the table for the season!!!! *YAYE*
 

The week had been VERY hectic for me and I can't seem to find time to update this since I came back for the new semester. My housemates are trying their best to get the internet connection up as soon as possible and I just can't wait for that *sMiLes*

Here is a brief recap since I got back for the brand new semester:

Monday: It was registration and commencement of classes. I am loaded with 22 credits this semester inclusive of the credit hours for the Final Year Project (PTA) I hope I can make it through, though *crosses fingers*

Tuesday: Had to clean up the brand new place where we moved in for the year. Yeah, I know, I know... Me? Cleaning up? Yes, I did! Classes in the afternoon.

Wednesday: Made a trip down (or up?) town to grab tickets for the Rain Forest Festival during the weekend but failed.

Thursday: *evil laughs* bought a brand new printer for my Thinkpad, a new pair of Sony headphones =) I had fun spending money *LOL*

Friday: Morning was classes as usual and we had a little birthday celebration for a good friend later in the evening. I will not speak much about it as I intend to do a detailed one on that later (that is if I can find time-larr!!!) *LOL*

FYI, I am still not done with Chapter 1 and 2 yet. I hope and I vow to get at least Chapter 2 done by end of next week (always the case!) *sighs*

I have been missing home dearly.

And I kinda miss those people in CIMB too.

*grins* Started the weekend with a little shopping session with the girls and a regular family dinner later on. Of course, not forgetting the wonderful FA Cup final with Drogba's deadly goal for the cup *sMiLes*

The morning started with numerous text messages left on my mobile (as usual!) after Chelsea's win over MU for the FA Cup. *laughs* I dozed off even before extra time during the match *LOLs* Later the day, continued our little session from yesterday for Uncle Andrew's wedding dinner next weekend and spent the rest of the time at home.


Yes, I do know how sucky my week may have sounded but definitely more colourful as it seemed. Unfortunately, the week is starting tommorow again! *sighs*
