FestivalWith the festival around the corner, like all the previous years, Carpenter Street in Kuching had their set up for the celebration. Along the street, you will see many stalls selling lanterns, the typical
pasar malam goods and more commonly, food. It more or less reminds me of Petaling Street back in KL where the street would be closed up, the difference in Carpenter's Street is that; the event is only held once a year. And yes, about this time, when Mid Autumn Festival is just around the corner.
My friends and I decided to make a trip there to see if there is anything interesting. Indeed, there were lots of on-going events there.
The three of us cam-whoring on the street ;)
Hui, myself, Jing and Kui Mei in front of the temple (check out the lanterns)
Finally, the 6 of us at the back of the art gallery :)
The Bonsai competition :)
And, I received a greeting from Hui earlier :) Unfortunately, I do not know the exact translation of it *sorry* though I am sure it reads something like, Happy Mid Autumn Festival :)
Happy Mid Autumn Festival to all!!!
